Ankita is HR Manager at GV Mantra, bringing 10+ years of HR experience across technology companies spanning Salesforce, mobile applications, web development and gaming. She holds a B.Tech in Computer Science — which means she understands the people she hires at a technical level, not just a process level. Her experience covers the full HR spectrum: talent acquisition, operations, employee relations and culture building.

At GV Mantra, Ankita owns everything people-related — from finding the right talent to making sure the team has what it needs to do their best work. She believes great culture isn't built by policy documents but by creating an environment where people grow and feel genuinely valued.

Outside work she is a national-level Judo athlete and Wushu competitor — bronze medallist at the 52nd National School Games — and an avid cricket player and traveller. The most energetic and social person in the room, without question.
